Grammy Award-winning Austin, Texas-based country music band Asleep at the Wheel is set to take the stage at the historic Eureka Springs City Auditorium on Friday, December 16,  at 7:30 p.m. with special guests, area favorite Cate Brothers.

Founded in 1970, Asleep at the Wheel has been part of the American roots music landscape for over 50 years. Although the band got its start on a farm in Paw Paw, West Virginia, Asleep at the Wheel became a cornerstone of the Austin, Texas, scene upon its arrival in 1973. Inspired by Western swing and honky-tonk country, the band has accrued 10 Grammy Awards.

Asleep at the Wheel will dust off the carols, grab the eggnog, and proceed to boogie—holiday style—with a very special concert dubbed Merry Texas Christmas, Y’all, which includes fan favorites as well as choice cuts from their three previously released Christmas albums.
